Cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the confirmed tour start, using Punta Cana local time. Send your cancellation to Cana.Tours on WhatsApp with your booking details and request acknowledgement. For later cancellations, missed pickups or date changes, contact us immediately; no fixed fee for these cases is stated here.
Confirm the details before booking
Tour bookings include return hotel transport. Confirm your exact hotel, child ages and any access needs. Private groups receive a separate quote. Weather or operational changes can affect the route; Cana.Tours confirms available alternatives with you. Restaurant, beach-club and standalone transfer requests require their own confirmed quote.
