Your stay and saved places
Your selected hotel, saved places and trip plan are stored in this browser until you clear them or the site data. Optional device location helps position the map during your visit; coordinates are not included in shared lists or enquiry analytics.
Booking
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp draft. Following the link passes that draft to WhatsApp; you send it there. Cana.Tours uses the information you send to answer and arrange your requested services, sharing necessary details with the relevant transport or activity provider.
When you continue to WhatsApp, our report records a random reference, time, page, language and selected product; staff can add booking status and value. It excludes message text, contact details and precise location. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this measurement.
Our services
Hosting and external resources process technical connection data, including IP addresses. This site uses OpenAI Sites hosting, OpenStreetMap tiles and unpkg scripts. WhatsApp/Meta and Google process data when you open their links under their own policies. Services may process data outside your country.
